Virtual Gateway Limited (“VGL”) is a wholly-owned Bahamian company engaged in the offering of a variety of Security Services, Fire Systems, Automation Services and Fiber Optic Services. We have been proven to be innovative and fearless in our solutions and our “experienced youth” and collective expertise has allowed us to take the “Alligator by its tail” . VGL has identified its target market to be commercial and industrial companies which require certain distinct security services. The Company is based in Nassau, Bahamas and was founded in 2005 by its principal, Mr. Mario Major. The principal has acted in the capacity of Sub-Contractor and served as Technical Representative for many high-scaled projects in the Bahamas such as the following:
– Installation of CCTV System for South Ocean Golf and Beach Resort
– Installation of CCTV System for British Colonial Hilton
– Installation of CCTV System for Statoil South Riding Point LLC
As indicated, Mr. Major acted as sub-contractor of the Statoil Riding Point CCTV Surveillance system and remains knowledgeable in the hands-on installation of the system and understands what is required to complete the installation and provide ongoing maintenance and training of all authorized users.
The Company has most recently finished a “take-over” of the installation of The Statoil Riding Point CCTV Surveillance System and is responsible for its annual maintenance. This includes some installation of CCTV Fiber Optic backbone, Camera Systems , DVR and control room set-up necessary to make certain the entire system operations are functional and well-monitored.
The Company has a strong background in deploying systems in both industrial and commercial facilities. Virtual Gateway Limited has successfully deployed large integrated CCTV Surveillance and Security systems throughout The Bahamas. VGL currently engages two (2) technicians with over thirty (30) years of combined experience in the Security and Surveillance sector. Virtual Gateway Limited also provides training and maintenance for all of its deployments and other similar deployments. The Company recently has embarked on obtaining training in Automation Systems that would be an ancillary service to its CCTV Surveillance and Security Systems.
